Mike is great!
I’ve trained with Mike for over five years. He knows how to coax you to push harder than you thought you could (while making bad jokes) and at the same time watching your form like a hawk for any potential injuries or problems. I’ve learned a lot from him, but the most telling statistic is that I’ve gotten taller while my friends are shrinking.
Hard work pays off and Mike will give you the hard work, while not taking anything (except training) too seriously.
I have been training with Mike for several years and am very pleased with the progress I have made. I am 76 and have ,I think, different goals than many other clients. Mike’s individualized approach has worked very well. Balance, strength, aerobic conditioning and posture are all improved. He keeps me focused motivated, not an easy task.
